This department assorts the imported diamonds based on purity and size of the diamond and prepares separate packets for each variety. These packets are then given to "Diamond Picking Department".

This is in-house department makes new designs and circulates them to the clients for their selection.

From the Metal Moulds, Rubber Moulds are made and from the Rubber Moulds, number of Wax Moulds is prepared as on Wax Moulds is required for one piece of Jewellery. Rubber Moulds from Metal Moulds and Wax Moulds from Rubber Moulds are kept ready by this department.

The cylinder is then removed from the furnace and put in the "Casting Machine" This fully computerized Automatic
Machine puts the liquid gold in the hollow portion of the wax mould and outer form and shape of Diamond Studded Gold
Jewellery is created.

This department once again checks all the jewellery pieces thoroughly. If it is found any diamonds are broken during the earlier process, new diamonds are studded manually with the help of small electrically operated hand machine.

Jewellery pieces are then packed in different metal boxes according to the orders received from the customers and are kept ready for dispatch.

Once the production program for manufacturing of jewellery is finished, this department from the packet received from Assorting Department "Pick Up" appropriate diamonds which are required to be studded in the jewellery and separate packet of diamond are prepared for every jewellery.

Metal Moulds are made in silver for each variety of jewellery required to be manufactured based either on orders placed by the clients or based on designs developed by quality control staff are preserved for l ong period. Code number and design number are given to each silver mould.

I) Wax Moulds from Rubber Moulding Department (above and)

II) Diamond Packet from Diamond Picking Department (2 above)

Each and every piece of jewellery is examined by the Quality Control staff in this department and excess gold of any deposited on the jewellery pieces is removed manually by the use of files, saw blades, drilling machine etc.

This department gives Rhodium treatment and final polishing to give luster to the jewellery. Once again all pieces pass through quality control tests in this department before the jewellery is packed in boxes for export.

The gold dust accumulated in each department is collected daily and stores in separate containers.
